Статья представляет собой развитие идей проекта «Образовательные выставки как инструмент инклюзивного образования», который получил Диплом I степени на XII Всероссийском конкурсе студенческих проектов в области развития общественных связей «Хрустальный апельсин» (2012) в номинации «Связи с общественностью в образовании и науке». Социальные институты — образовательная выставка и музей — характеризуются в статье в качестве инструментов социального управления для развития идеи инклюзивного образования и идеи инклюзивности в целом.

One of the primary tasks of Russian educational policy is to ensure equal opportunities for its obtaining. In the framework of this task, the implementation of the principles of inclusive education, which are an innovation for the Russian educational space, acquired a special role.

The subjects of our study are the place and role of educational exhibitions and museums in the system of inclusive education management. In this article, we present a brief overview of Russian and foreign researches in that sphere and analyze information presented in them by using method of expert estimations and system analysis.

So, we reveal the essence of educational exhibits as an authoritative information tool for the representation of the ideas of inclusive education and inclusion in the whole among public consciousness and authorities. Social space of educational exhibits and inclusive education system formed identical social communities (interest groups), which allow controlling the content and intensity of the interaction of these communities at all stages of organizing and holding the exhibition. Thus, educational exhibits could be construed as an effective model of development and promotion of inclusive education because of their social nature. In its turn, educational and aesthetic functions of museums help to increase the therapeutic effect of human interaction with the artwork. The museum can also be institution of inclusion as a whole, i.e. the tool for inclusion into the cultural (scientific) community life. This is important for those who feel rejected by members of the community, for those who live in isolation from them.

We conclude that social institutions, such as educational exhibition and the museum are the tools for effective social management in the interest of development of inclusive education idea and the idea of inclusion in general.
